We have some maintenance scheduled over the next week or so that may cause some disruption in the early hours of the morning. It’s planned for between 1 am and 6 am, starting this Thursday 25 August and running every night until and including Thursday 1 September. It will affect all Uber connections, but we don’t know how long each individual connection will be affected. During the outage window, your broadband and/or phone service may be unavailable for either a few minutes, or up to five hours. Some customers may notice no disruption at all, while others may have no service for the entire five hour window. If you run a 24 hour business that is reliant on broadband and/or phone services, you may need to make other arrangements or have a backup connection in place.
